Welcome to Provilex CRM (“Provilex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Provilex CRM platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Provilex CRM.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Provilex CRM.
• By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Data Ownership & Compliance

• You retain full ownership of the data you upload into Provilex CRM.
• We act only as a data processor, providing a secure environment to store and manage your opted-in, compliant data.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any leads, contacts, or data you import comply with applicable privacy and marketing laws (e.g., GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, CCPA).

5. Service Availability

• We aim to provide continuous access to Provilex CRM but do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or error-free.
• We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights, titles, and interests in Provilex CRM (excluding your uploaded data) remain with Provilex.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of Provilex CRM without our written consent.

7. Termination

• You may stop using Provilex CRM at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Services unlawfully.
• Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Provilex CRM is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provilex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Provilex, its employees, and partners against claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your uploaded data, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
